  • - An 8 by 6' booth, up to 2 tables, 2 chairs and table covering.(for amount of booths needed, please indicate below)
  • - Meal ticket for 1 person includes 3 meals and refreshments (Friday Supper, Saturday Breakfast & Lunch).
  • - A double occupancy dorm room (must provide own bedding).
  • - Electricity provided if marked on the registration
  • - Complimentary ticket to the Welcome Cafe.
  • - Complimentary listing in Conference Program.
  • - Advertising banner on PRHEP website and placement on exhibitors list with link to your business. Banner will remain in place until the 2011 conference.

Other Information:

  • - It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to supply extension cords, surge and/or other protection for electronics, cash registers, computers, DVD players etc.
  • - The exhibitor hall hours are, Friday evening from 4:30-7:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am– 5pm.
  • - There will be several open time blocks to encourage customer interaction.
  • - Confirmation letters will be issued within 2 weeks upon receipt of full payment.
  • - Cancellation requests must be received by May 7 and will be subject to a $15 administration fee. No refunds or adjustments will be accepted after this date.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

1. It is necessary for all Exhibitors to adhere to our Conference protocol and agree to our Exhibitor Conditions Agreement, before their application will be considered and processed.

2. All items offered for sale or demonstration must pertain to the education and training of children and/or parents and be of interest to home educating families.

3. Although we do not require our Exhibitors to subscribe to our content policy*, The Conference Team reserves the right at anytime to alter or remove exhibits or any part thereof, including printed materials, product, signs, lights, sound, and expel Exhibitors or their personnel if, in the Conference Team’s opinion, their conduct or presentation is objectionable. In the case of a dispute the decision by the Conference Team is binding.

4. Tear down must not commence until announced at end of event.

*Our Content Policy: We will remove any product or material that is contrary to the divinity of Jesus Christ, or makes light of Satan and the reality of Hell and its demons.

Advertising Requirements

Please provide PRHEP with a graphic (486 X 60pt) to be used on the rotating banner.
